Disclosure
8.1
A BRRD undertaking must, in accordance with the general principles set out in Articles 431 - 434 of the CRR, disclose:
- (1) whether or not it has entered into a group financial support agreement;
- (2) a description of the general terms of any such agreement; and
- (3) the names of the group members that are party to the agreement.

8.2
A BRRD undertaking must update the information disclosed at least annually.
